1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Buy two or more products and shipping is on us. No tricks, no fine print.

2. How long do orders take to arrive?

Most pieces are made to order. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for production before shipping. Delivery time is additional and depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We’ll email your tracking information when your order ships.

3. Where are your designs made?

Every design is created in Chicago and printed with high-quality materials built to last. This isn’t fast fashion. This is Chicago identity.

4. What’s your exchange policy?

We offer exchanges only—no refunds. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase. See our exchange policy for eligibility and exclusions.

5. Are you legit?

Yes. We’re a real Chicago brand run by real Chicago people. Check the socials, the community, the events—we stand behind every piece.

6. What if I ordered the wrong size?

Contact info@ragemethod.com within 30 days of delivery to request a size exchange. Please include your order number and wait for approval and shipping instructions before sending your item back.

7. Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Right now we ship across the U.S. If we open up international shipping, you’ll be the first to know.

8. How do I track my order?

You’ll get an email or text with tracking info once your order ships. If you don’t see it, check spam or reach out to us directly.

9. Will my shirt shrink?

Our shirts are preshrunk and built to keep their shape. Wash cold, dry low, and they’ll last.

10. What sizes do you carry?

11. Do you release limited drops?

Yes. Some designs restock, many don’t. When a drop hits, it’s first-come, first-served.
